The Bar - As a mobile bar, we can pull up to any wedding, Garden party, backyard BBQ, or corporate event and dispense perfectly chilled glasses of any beverage of your choice.
The Experience - your guest will be delighted to enjoy a beverage from the adorable mini bars. The bars not only act as a focal point for any event, they will also become a part of the entertainment!
Great question! Every event is unique, Although we offer uniform packages, we like to be flexible so we can meet your exact needs.
Prior to the event date, we will work closely with your venue or event planner to organize delivery of our tap vehicle. Delivery within the Greater Portsmouth, NH area (up to 40 miles) is included, with a $1 per mile fee after that. Along with delivery, expert setup and breakdown is included with every booking. We even provide an attendant for the duration of the event to ensure there are no issues during your celebration.Check out some of our uniform packages here.
If you have your basic information, (location, date & time) shoot us a note. We'll schedule a preliminary call to go over all the details. Once there's an approved plan in place, send in your contract and deposit so we can reserve your tap vehicle. We do a 1 week courtesy hold on our vehicles while final details are completed. Beyond that we have a strict first pay, first reserve policy.
Syrah and Chianti can be used in almost all indoor and outdoor locations. Syrah stands about 5 and a half feet tall , is 5 foot wide, and 10 feet long, the rear doors when opened reaches about 8 feet. Syrah has Lights that require to plug into a standard 110 outlet. The kegs are kept at perfectly cold temperatures though the use of specialized keg bags (so we do bring ice). Both vehicles are light enough to be pushed into buildings but do need to be parked on a level and flat surface.
The short answer is no. New Hampshire has very specific and limited beer and wine laws, and even stricter hard liquor laws which prohibit us purchasing and providing the alcohol. This means that either you, your caterer, or the venue must purchase the alcohol. We will however work with our preferred vendors to place the beverage order so all you’ll need to do is pay the separate alcohol invoice! We offer a beverage pick up service to streamline your experience even further! * The good news here is, there is NO mark up on alcohol! There must be a certified bartender to serve your guests any alcohol. These will be provided either through one of our packages or your catering company, self service is not allowed. We are fully insured for general liability and liquor insurance.
